Quality control process:

• QC check all materils(paper material, foam, EVA, greyboard, ribbon etc.) when supplier delivers to factory.

• Our printing master and QC will check the printing color by test machine, make sure the color is matched client's proof.

• QC will do process check for each step. For example, lamination, die cut, hot foil stamping, Spot UV, handmade etc.. Will make sure client's orders safe and keep good quality.

• When the order is finished, our QC will do mass production inspection check per standard AQL.

• Please note that we have professional QC team and they have many years experiences in paper packaging industry. Each month will do training in order to control quality each order.
